Accounting System Setup
- Setting up of Chart of Accounts and business department codes in accordance with the group accounting policy;
- Establishing standard accounting workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP), including the customer invoicing and revenue recognition process, vendor payment process, staff reimbursement and etc., in accordance with PRC accounting rules and regulations; and,
- Accounting software setup incl. chart of accounts, general ledger, contacts, etc. according to PRC accounting rules and regulation.

- Preparation of employment contract and staff handbook in accordance with China labor law;
- Register new employees with the Social Insurance program of the company.
- Calculating and reporting wages and social insurance benefits of employees on a monthly basis in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations.
- Preparation and disbursement of employee pay slips on company template and according to the company payroll process; and,
- Preparation of annual salary basement update for social insurance and housing fund
